We, Lost Rabbit Digital LLC, provide the browser extension Ultra Zoom. Ultra Zoom is a productivity tool that enables hover-to-zoom and image preview functionality across websites, allowing users to inspect and interact with images without leaving the page.

By using Ultra Zoom, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

Ultra Zoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of Ultra Zoom is at your sole risk.

Ultra Zoom works by injecting content scripts into web pages to detect and enhance images. It may perform web requests to fetch full-resolution versions of images and to activate licensed features. These operations may cause unintended side effects on certain websites, including but not limited to layout changes, delayed image loading, or interference with site-specific functionality. Lost Rabbit Digital LLC bears no liability for any such side effects or resulting damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of Ultra Zoom shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

Ultra Zoom should only be installed through official distribution channels:

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or sublicense Ultra Zoom or any portion of it. Portions of the source code may be made available under separate open-source licenses where noted.

Ultra Zoom supports the latest versions of Google Chrome (Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Edge (Windows, macOS, Linux), and Mozilla Firefox (Windows, macOS, Linux).

License

Ultra Zoom is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). By using this extension, you agree to abide by its terms. In particular, you may not provide the extension or its functionality as a hosted or managed service to third parties.

Free Tier

Ultra Zoom is free to install and use. The free tier provides hover-to-zoom functionality with support for universal CDN image plugins. It is provided as-is with no warranty or guarantee of uptime, continued availability, or feature completeness.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature of the free tier at any time without notice.

Pro Subscription

Ultra Zoom Pro is a premium upgrade available as:

Pro unlocks additional features including premium site plugins, video preview, gallery navigation, download shortcuts, and caption overlays. Pro features are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lost Rabbit Digital LLC does not store payment card details.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not materially breached these terms. To request a refund, contact us at boden@lostrabbitdigital.com.

Device Limit

A Pro license supports activation on up to 3 devices per account. Activation codes or license keys may not be shared, sold, or transferred to other users. Suspected abuse of device limits may result in deactivation of the license without a refund.

Privacy

Ultra Zoom does not collect personal data or browsing history. The extension does not transmit the URLs of pages you visit or images you view to Lost Rabbit Digital LLC servers, except as necessary to verify license activation.

Payment information is handled exclusively by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and is subject to their privacy policy. If you contact us by email, your email address may be retained for the purpose of support communications.

Technical Support

Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at boden@lostrabbitdigital.com. Response times are not guaranteed.

When reporting a bug, please include the browser version, extension version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Reports for widely-used websites and reproducible bugs will be prioritized. Feature requests and general feedback are welcome but may not receive individual responses.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Ultra Zoom after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You may request notification of upcoming changes by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ultra Zoom Pro, without refund, if you:
